When we opened in 2018 we wanted to build a bar where we would love to be customers – somewhere to have a decent pint and watch some sport. We started out by serving just a handful of drinks and snacks, and over the years have steadily built our offering to include up to 100 different craft beers and our famous smash-patty burgers. We launched our food and drink delivery service during the pandemic with a view to trying to ensure the survival of the bar, but it’s popularity has made it a permanent fixture of our business. Nowadays we are proud to be a craft beer bar that shows sport and serves food, with visitors coming from all over the UK to try our unique beers and tasty food.
Despite the popularity of our food we are a craft beer bar that shows live sport and serves food, not a restaurant so everything about our venue has been designed with that in mind: there are no waiting staff, no paper menus (scan the QR code on our beer mats to view our menu online), and all orders are taken at the bar. The team are on-hand to assist you in any way they can with your order whether it’s a recommendation or a dietary query, and will bring your food out to you when it is ready. We don’t like to disturb people whilst they’re eating so if there is anything else you need flag down one of our bar staff and they will be able to help.
